Scan or add documents — Use the camera to capture documents or choose from your photo library. Add type, name, document number, and expiry date.
On-device encryption — Document images and sensitive fields are encrypted on your device using industry-standard encryption (AES-GCM). Keys stay in the iOS Keychain; we never see your data.
Face ID & Touch ID — Optional biometric lock so only you can open the vault. Biometrics are handled entirely by iOS; we never receive or store them.
Expiry reminders — Get local notifications before documents expire. Set one custom reminder per document plus automatic schedules. Never miss a renewal.
Profiles — Organize documents by family member or purpose. Switch profiles quickly; each has its own vault.
Search — Find documents quickly by name, type, or document number.
Local only — Everything stays on your device. We don’t run servers that store your documents. We don’t collect, sell, or share your data.

Privacy at a glance

We do not collect your name, email, or any contact information.
We do not collect, upload, or store your document contents or vault data on our servers.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking.
We do not sell or share your data. We don’t have it to sell.
Document and vault data are stored only on your device, encrypted. You can share via the app’s share feature; we don’t receive that data.
Local notifications (e.g. expiry reminders) are created and stored on your device only.
Optional in-app tips are processed by Apple; we don’t receive your payment details.

Support & FAQ

Where is my data stored?

Only on your iPhone or iPad. Document images and metadata are encrypted and saved locally. We don’t have servers that store your documents.

Do you collect any of my data?

No. We don’t collect personal data, document contents, or usage data. We don’t use analytics or advertising SDKs.

How do expiry reminders work?

The app schedules local notifications on your device (e.g. 30, 14, 7 days before expiry). You can also add one custom reminder date per document. Notifications are stored and delivered by iOS; we don’t process them on our side.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual documents or profiles inside the app. To remove all app data, delete the app from your device. If you use iCloud or other backups, backup content is governed by your backup settings and Apple’s policies.

I made an in-app purchase (tip). How do I get a refund?

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple (e.g. “Report a Problem” in the App Store). We don’t process payments or refunds.

Is SPAI Vault available in my country?

The app is offered worldwide. Availability on the App Store may vary by region at Apple’s discretion. There is no sign-up or account, so you can use it wherever the app is available.

The app doesn’t provide legal or official advice

SPAI Vault is for personal convenience (storing copies and setting reminders). It doesn’t provide legal, tax, immigration, or identity-verification advice. Whether a stored copy is accepted by an authority or organization is up to them; always check their requirements.
